Moseley Exchange will be venue 6 on the Moseley Festival art trail map when the route opens up to residents and visitors to Moseley next Saturday 27th June 2009 from 10am.
The exchange will host an exhibition of work by local photographer Kate Beatty and Birmingham based artists Layla Tutt (batik artist and Associate of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists) and Gracie Smith (Mixed media freestyle artist). Visitors to the exchange will be able to pop in from 10am till 4pm to look at the art and walk around the fabulous new exchange space.
The work will also be a stunning backdrop for the Exchange launch event on Saturday 4th July 12 – 6pm. For more details of the launch event call 0121 449 8585.
A list of all art trail participants is currently on cultofcreativty.com. A printed map of the trail will be available from the Moseley Festival information stand (outside nationwide autocentre) at the Street Fair also on Saturday 27th June.
The full Moseley Festival events programme has been announced – over 80 events spanning the 10 days which is going to make for an incredible atmosphere all that week (26th June to 5th July). Hope to see you there!

It was lovely to see so many people come along to our first exhibition opening night. For those who couldn’t make it, here are a few pics from the night.
